Using Home E-Alert! And My Saved Search
Once you have registered to use our Home E-Alert and My Saved Search you can Get FREE automated e-mail updates of “new” property listings that fit your personal criteria based on you’re My Saved Search.
Review the below information to learn the best way to use these features.
How to Perform a Saved Search and Receive FREE Home E-Alerts
As a Registered User you can log-in, perform a Quick Search, Property Search, or Auction Search on the left-hand panel of the Website, and save the Search Results by clicking on the My Saved Search button at the top or bottom of the page. You will be sent Home E-Alert e-mails of new property listings that meet the criteria of your Saved Search.
NOTE: We suggest using the full Property Search so that you can set very specific property criteria for the properties that you will be e-mailed in your Home E-Alerts.
Changing the Property Criteria for Home E-Alerts
Registered Users can log-in, perform a “new” Quick Search, Property Search, or Auction Search and click on the My Saved Search button at the top or bottom of the page. The new My Saved Search will replace the existing one, and you will be sent Home E-Alerts of new property listings that meet your new criteria. You can go in and change the property criteria for your Home E-Alerts by performing the above procedure at any time.
NOTE: We suggest using the full Property Search so that you can set very specific property criteria for the properties that you will be e-mailed in your Home E-Alerts.
Stopping Home E-Alerts and Erasing Your My Saved Search
If you wish to stop receiving your Home E-Alerts all you need to do is go to the Stop My E-Alerts section of the Log-in page, enter your E-mail and Password, and click on the Submit button. This will erase your current My Saved Search and you will stop receiving Home E-Alert e-mails.
Reactivating Stopped Home E-Alerts
If you have stopped your Home E-Alerts, are already a Registered User, and wish to reactivate Home E-Alerts you can do so using the following procedure: Enter the Registered User Log-in, perform a Search, and click on the My Saved Search button on the top, or bottom, of the page. This will reactivate your Home E-Alert e-mails based on the new Saved Search property criteria.

Using My Saved Properties
As a Registered User you can log-in, perform a search, select an individual property listing that you are interested in (go to the Property Detail), and click on the Save Property button. This will add the property to your list of My Saved Properties. You can add more properties to the list by going to other Property Detail pages for different properties and clicking on the Save Property button.
Viewing My Saved Properties
As a Registered User you can log-in and click on the My Saved Properties button at the top of the page. This will open a page displaying all the properties you a have saved to your My Saved Properties.
Deleting/Removing My Saved Properties
If you have already logged-in as a Registered User you have the ability to delete a property, or all of the properties, from your list of My Saved Properties by clicking on the Remove Property button by each property.
Viewing Property Details of My Saved Properties
If you have already logged-in as a Registered User you have the ability to click on the Detail button of any of the My Saved Properties, go to that page, and click on any of the Schedule A Showing, Photo Gallery, Virtual Tour, Location Map, or Print Property Brochure buttons.
NOTE: If you want Disalle Realty, or your Preferred Agent, to contact you about a specific property, please use the Schedule A Showing feature, or call one of our offices or agents.

How My Preferred Agent and No Agent Set Works
Once you visit an Agent’s Profile Page on the Disalle Realty Website and click the "Make My Preferred Agent" button a “cookie” will be set that makes that Agent your Preferred Agent. That Preferred Agent will appear at the top of you’re My Saved Search, My Saved Properties pages, and on your Home E-Alert e-mails. If you have never visited an Agent’s Profile Page, and only entered the Website through the Homepage, No Agent Set will appear at the top of the pages, or Home E-Alert e-mails.
Changing/Selecting My Preferred Agent
If you already have a relationship with a Disalle Realty Agent, or wish to change your My Preferred Agent, you can reset that Agent as your My Preferred Agent by visiting the Agent’s Profile Page (NOTE: Find an agent via the Find an Agent button in the Real Estate Services pulldown menu at the top of the page) and clicking on the “Make My Agent” button under the agent’s photo on the Agent Profile Page. You can repeat this process at anytime to change, or designate, a new My Preferred Agent.
